Syarat dan Ketentuan

1. Buyers are required to show e-tickets along with identification before entering the venue. E-tickets are obtained via ticket purchase email or the e-ticket download feature via the Eratix website.
2. E-tickets can be exchanged for access bracelet tickets on the specified date and will be announced on the organizer's Instagram account.
3. 1 (one) e-ticket can only be exchanged for 1 (one) wristband ticket or if the ticket is a bundle, for example a couple will get 2 (two) wristband tickets or according to the type of bundle.
4. Wristband tickets must be brought on the day of the event. If the audience does not show the wristband ticket on the day of the event, they will not be allowed to enter the event venue.
5. Wristband tickets must be worn during the event.
6. Please do not share booking codes, QR codes, and barcodes. Always keep them safe and confidential. There will be no refunds or ticket exchanges due to this.
7. The committee is not responsible for the purchase of event tickets through brokers/venues/channels/platforms that are not official ticket sales partners.
8. The committee is not responsible for replacing tickets that are lost/damaged/stolen/the result of fraud due to the negligence of the ticket owner.
9. In the event of Force Majeure, such as natural disasters, riots, war, epidemics, and all emergencies officially announced by the government, the committee has the right to cancel and/or change the event time and venue layout without prior notice.
10. The committee is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of spectators or events that may occur beyond control.
11. The organizer has the right to:
    • Prohibiting spectators from entering if the wristband ticket has been used by someone else/is damaged.
    • Processing or filing penalties, both civil and criminal, against visitors who gain entry access (e-tickets, wristband tickets, free passes, tenant bazaar passes, guest star passes, talent passes, security passes, and other entry access) illegally, including falsifying and duplicating legitimate entry access or gaining entry access in a manner that is not in accordance with procedures.
12. Spectators are prohibited from bringing food and drinks from outside into the event venue.
13. The event organizer has the right to take strict action and remove visitors from the venue if they do not comply with the provisions set by the event organizer.
14. Visitors who cause damage, disturbances and riots are required to reimburse all costs borne by the event organizer.
15. Spectators are required to comply with the rules made by the event organizer as will be explained on the organizer's Instagram.
16. Tickets that have been purchased cannot be refunded.
17. If the event is cancelled due to urgent conditions and due to careful consideration, the organizer is fully responsible for making and processing refunds according to the ticket price to all buyers.
