Syarat dan Ketentuan

1. Tickets & Purchase
   Purchased tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.
   Tickets cannot be exchanged for another date or ticket category.
   One ticket is valid for one person only.
   Guests must present their e-ticket upon entry.
2. Entry Access
   Ticket redemption and entry are only allowed through the designated gate(s).
   The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone unable to present a valid ticket.
   Bag checks may be conducted for security purposes.
3. Prohibited Items
   The following items are strictly not allowed inside the venue:
   Alcohol, illegal drugs, or prohibited substances
   Sharp objects or dangerous items
   Fireworks or flammable materials
   Portable speakers, laser pointers, or devices that disrupt the event
4. Attendee Behavior
   Visitors must maintain order, safety, and comfort throughout the event.
   Any disruptive behavior toward performers, tenants, or other guests is prohibited.
   The organizer may remove any attendee who violates the rules with no refund provided.
5. Documentation
   The organizer will conduct photo and video documentation during the event.
   By entering the venue, attendees consent to the use of their image for promotional or documentation purposes.
   Guests may take personal photos/videos as long as they do not disrupt the event.
6. Safety & Health
   Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. The organizer is not liable for loss or damage.
   In case of an emergency, guests must follow instructions from the event staff.
   Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
7. Event Changes
   The organizer may adjust the schedule, lineup, or event flow if necessary.
   Any changes will be announced through After Class’ official channels.
8. Force Majeure
   The organizer is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond control (extreme weather, natural disasters, government regulations, etc.).
   Tickets are non-refundable in force majeure situations.
9. Agreement
   By purchasing a ticket and entering the event area, attendees are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Terms & Conditions.
