Syarat dan Ketentuan

1. Ticketing & Entry Policy

  • Non-Refundable: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except in the event of a full cancellation by the Organizer.
  • Validity: One ticket is valid for one person only, strictly for the category and date(s) specified (1-Day Pass or 2-Day Pass).
  • E-Ticket Redemption: Attendees must present a valid E-Ticket (no blurry screenshots) and a matching valid government ID (KTP/SIM/Passport) to redeem their wristband at the venue.
  • Wristbands: Tickets will be exchanged for wristbands upon entry. Lost, stolen, or damaged wristbands will not be replaced under any circumstances. No wristband, no entry.

2. Age Restriction & Conduct

  • This event is open to the public. Attendees under 17 years of age are advised to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Possession of weapons, illegal drugs/narcotics, and flammables/explosives is strictly prohibited.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee who engages in provocative behavior, harassment, or disrupts the event, without a ticket refund.

3. Media & Intellectual Property

  • The Organizer and its media partners reserve the right to photograph, record, and video the event. These materials may capture the likeness of attendees.
  • By entering the venue, attendees grant the Organizer full permission to use these materials for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without financial compensation.

4. STRICT DISCLAIMER (Read Carefully)

  • No Financial Advice: All content, presentations, and workshops at WTF 2026 are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing presented constitutes financial or investment advice.
  • The Organizer is not responsible for any investment decisions, trading losses, or financial actions taken by attendees based on information shared by speakers or exhibitors. Do your own research (DYOR).

5. Force Majeure

  • In the event of a force majeure (natural disaster, riots, pandemic, government regulation) causing a postponement or cancellation, refund policies will be determined and communicated by the Organizer. Ticketing admin fees are non-refundable.

6. Schedule Changes

  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, speaker lineup, or event layout at any time without prior notice to ensure the smooth operation of the event.

What Does This Ticket Include?
Holding this pass grants you complete, unrestricted access to the entire festival experience:

2-Day Full Access Pass: Guaranteed entry to Blok M HUB for both days of the festival (Saturday, May 9th & Sunday, May 10th, 2026).

All Zones Access: Entry to all main stages, panel discussions, fireside chats, and the interactive exhibition floor featuring creators and brands.

Workshop Participation: Eligible to register for practical, hands-on workshops (subject to specific workshop capacity).

Community Networking: Access to designated community hangout zones to connect with fellow builders, artists, and the "WTF" ecosystem.

Crucial Details & Constraints (Read Before Buying):

Extreme Scarcity: As the name implies, the allocation for this tier is severely limited. This is a reward for speed and conviction. Once this allocation is sold out, ticket prices will immediately move to the next, more expensive tier. No exceptions.

Purchase Limit: To ensure fair distribution among genuine community members, purchases are strictly limited to maximum [Insert Number, e.g., 2] tickets per transaction/account.

Non-Refundable: All "Early Bird | ONLY 4 OG" ticket sales are final and non-refundable, as per the general event Terms & Conditions.

ID Matching: The name on the E-ticket must match your government-issued ID (KTP/passport) upon wristband redemption at the venue.
